In late 2021 we expect to issue a small bond offer (probably no more than $100,000) under the Invest Kansas Exemption (IKE) to establish a loan fund for program participants. Under IKE, no single investor may invest more then $5,000, nor may any investor live outside Kansas. The prospectus for this bond offer will be availabel here once the required paperwork has been filed with the Kansas Securities Commissioner, and we also expect to list this offer on IKE Marketplace.
